NUTRITION THERAPY

What this program is:

A hands-on approach to a personalized nutrient dense whole foods structure

  • Minimum 3-6 month commitment. The signs may point toward deep transformation, this takes effort and time.

  • A safe place for you be open and honest. A personal power relationship to your body, and it’s systems. An opportunity for you to learn at a deeper conscious level.

  • identify strategies of up to 15 body foundations on signs & symptoms based off the nutrition assessment questionnaire (NAQ)

    • you will complete this at least (2) times. A snapshot of before we start and the comparison of the end of our time together

    • short term & long term goals specifically designed for your body

    • continuous support with weekly communication via voxer, (1) zoom call monthly to adjust goals, if necessary

What you will not get:

  • A one-size fits all program. Just as I am my own individual and my body responds to the elements, so does yours. We are all unique, and this program is custom fitted to you, by you, for you.

  • Listen, just as I have learned the hard way many times over, this program is not a 1 week or 1 month plan. Its a commitment to a minimum of 3 months. The signs and symptoms alone may take that long for you to process each foundation, so you can live a healthier life.

  • A plan that is just offered without complete transparency, we are a team in this health journey. Expect to use the tools learned for a lifetime of better health.

  • Dream it.

    A 1:1 program focusing on sign & symptoms. We build out your specific short and long term goals based off the nutritional assessment questionnaire + food & mood journal. Weekly custom macro & micro nutrient focused meal plan & shopping list. Get your power back, a real reconnection to your body on a foundational body system level.

  • Grow it.

    The goals are built, now is the time to reclaim yourself. This is a 3-month commitment, its a marathon not a sprint.
